Lean to block soccer balls, swivel hips to power hoop twirls or balance to hold the perfect yoga pose. As users stand on the Wii Balance Board, included with Wii Fit, their body’s overall balance is tied to the game in a way they’ve never experienced before.
Wii Fit also uses the Wii Balance Board for daily tests. These evaluate two key measures that a household can track via progress charts
- Body Mass Index (BMI): A weight evaluation based on a ratio of weight to height.
- Wii Fit Age: The Wii Fit Age is measured by factoring the user’s BMI reading, testing the user’s center of gravity and conducting quick balance tests.
Wii Fit includes more than 40 types of training activities designed to appeal to all members of a household. Training falls into four fitness categories:
- Aerobic Exercise: 10-minute exercises that are designed to get the heart pumping.
- Muscle Conditioning: Controlled motions using arms, legs and other body parts.
- Yoga Poses: Classic poses that focus on balance and stretching.
- Balance Games: Fun activities, such as ski jumping and heading soccer balls, that challenge the player’s overall body balance.

| Our 2yr old little boy totally loves Noddy and talks about him all the time so we thought we would get him a toy to play with. This one has a nice face so we picked him. However, we were surprised by the material he is made of. When the description said soft we imagined it to be like a teddy type of soft toy, however, the body is but the hands, legs and head are like a doll. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but not what we were expecting so think the description could be better. Our son is very pleased with him however, so overall we're pleased. |

| I bought this toy for a little girl who loved my Noddy soft toy. This toy is not a soft toy, it's not a plush toy, yet is described as both. This toy has a squidgy plastic face, and rigid plastic legs and feet. It is therefore not a toy that you could give a child to cuddle for comfort for example. Additionally, the toy does not have a proper Noddy bell on his hat, it is a fabric bell - great for parents, but not what I expected at all when I ordered this. I will be sending it back and trying to find a proper soft Noddy toy with a proper bell on his hat. |

| My son and I have had great fun with this toy over the past couple of months, and still do -- best Christmas present I ever bought!
It is speedy, tough, and faithful to the TV character. Admittedly traction is better on carpet than laminate, but I found it very easy to control, and had no problems with the turning circle. No, it won't turn on a dime, so you do have to practice some 3-point turns, but well, there's your educational element: spacial awareness, hand/eye co-ordination, etc. - good practice for when the kids are 17! If responsiveness, or range of remote IR signal decreases, just replace the batteries in the car (not necessarily the remote), and all should be well again. I've also found that sunlight can interfere with the remote IR signal when the car travels into direct sunlight at a distance - just move closer to it. All in all, a superb toy. If I had had one as a kid, I would have been well chuffed. I just wish they would bring out another remote control character, e.g. Maxi, so you could have races! |
